The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Agent with an Electrical Background at Atender, you’ll be the first line of support for customers using EV charging and smart charging systems. This role combines customer dialogue with technical understanding, giving you the opportunity to apply your electrical knowledge in a new and people-focused way.
You’ll support customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them with questions related to EV charging, installation, troubleshooting, and daily operation of charging systems.
You’ll:
Handle customer inquiries related to EV charging and technical systems
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward clear, practical solutions
Communicate complex technical topics in a calm and understandable way
Collaborate closely with your team and share insights for continuous improvement
Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture
What We’re Looking For

You are:
Technically experienced: You have a background as an electrician, technical education, or similar hands-on experience
Solution-oriented: You enjoy troubleshooting and finding the best way forward
A clear communicator: You explain technical matters calmly and understandably
Team-oriented and responsible: You contribute to the group while taking ownership of your work
Comfortable using digital tools and support systems
Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, with good English skills
Located in Málaga or planning to relocate
