The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Agent at Atender, you’ll be the first line of support for our clients' customers. Whether through chat, email, or phone, you’ll be solving real problems with empathy, curiosity, and professionalism.

You’ll:

  • Handle incoming inquiries and support tickets in a timely and thoughtful way

  • Work with a solution-oriented mindset and keep customer satisfaction top of mind

  • Collaborate closely with your team and share insights for continuous improvement

  • Contribute to a great workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

You are:

  • Curious and proactive: You like to dig deeper to understand a customer’s needs

  • More or less tech-savvy: You can quickly learn digital tools and platforms

  • Language skills: You are fluent in English

  • Located in Mérida or planning to move here
